At Laurel Lake, we know that our staff needs to be an extension of your family.

Founders Damian Dell‘Anno and Bill Stephan decided that they wanted to raise the standards of what an Assisted Living Community could be. Their goal is to exceed expectations across the board by providing community, consistency, and quality.

 

Every Assisted Living Community acts as a home and a support system for the next stage in life. We want all of our residents to be living their best life - in both comfort AND care, and that is exactly what Next Step Healthcare strives to provide.

 

We strive to provide dedicated and experienced staff – Personal Care Attendants & nurses who do not take lightly that you are here because you value privacy, independence, and the security of having access to healthcare, should you need it. It is our highest priority to make you feel safe, comfortable, healthy, and happy. We hire staff who share our commitment to our residents.
